At RMS, we’ve always been focused on helping you and your park succeed. This is something that has remained unchanged, even throughout one of the industry’s most trying times with the sudden and unwelcome appearance of COVID-19. We see our clients as extended members of our own family, which is why we offered hardship relief to those severely affected by COVID-19. The last few months have been stressful and uncertain for everyone, but we wanted to assure you of having your best interests at heart. As the new normal sets in, we’ll continue to respond to industry needs and the global pandemic, making sure you have the tools you need to drive your business forward.

With change comes more change, but this time in a good way. As the pandemic wreaked havoc on the world, we wreaked havoc in our home offices as we decided that now was the perfect time to work on a brand refresh. We’re really excited to share this sneak peek with you before we start rolling it out across our website.

Along with this rebranding, we’ve also given our product UI a facelift, as well as enhancing a bunch of features that we hope will make life easier for you and your guests. Two brand new functionalities we’ve introduced are the Pre-Check-in and Guest Declaration and Contact Tracing form. They work in conjunction with one another and allow guests to check-in prior to arrival and complete the Guest Declaration form via the Guest Portal. Everything is contactless which adds a layer of safety and precaution where COVID is concerned and saves the expense of purchasing a bulky kiosk. The Guest Portal is a great free tool we provide to all our clients and post COVID-19, it will manage contactless check-in, payment of deposits, rebooking plus much more. It’s definitely worth checking out!

We also have our training platform, RMSU, in beta phase which we can’t wait to roll out to all our clients. This is a crucial development that will enable training to be tailored to you and your staff, covering all the elements of the RMS software that will benefit your business.

As part of the online trade expo, we’ll be hosting three topical webinars:

  • RMS Masterclass will focus on rate manager, dynamic pricing, guest portal and our new and improved housekeeping portal (plus anything else we can squeeze into 90 minutes)
  • Hospitality Insights will last 45 minutes and include a panel of industry partners talking about industry insights and what to expect in the next 12 months
  • RMS Marketing will introduce our new IBE as well as discuss UI, best practices, triggered correspondence and our EDM module over 45 minutes
